Skye Munros Remaining Dates

Skye Munros - Dates for Summer 2024.

16th-21st August

24th-27th August

There are 11 Munros on the Cuillin Ridge. This three day course focusses on the more technical ones where a rope is normally used and are definitely considered to be Mountaineering rather than Hillwalking routes.

This suggested itinerary can of course be adjusted to suit conditions and objectives.

Day 1- Southern Section: Sgurr Dubh Mor, Sgurr Alasdair, Sgurr Mhic Choinnich and the Innaccessible Pinnacle.This is a long day covering the most spectacular mountain terrain in the UK.

Day 2 - Central Section: Sgurr a Mhadaidh and Sgurr a Ghreadaidh.

Day 3 - Northern Section: Northern End– Am Basteir and Sgurr nan Gillean. This is the traditional finish point for a ridge traverse and involves the “Bad Step” on Am Basteir and the “ Tooth Arête” on Sgurr nan Gillean.

Cost: £690 (1:1), £750 (1:2). Helmets, harness and all other technical equipment will be provided.
