Teaching climbing at Polney Crag, Dunkeld today. Climbing in series is an important stage in the progression to leading. These pictures are of “The Groove” VS5a, arguably the

best climb at Polney. It takes a great line up the largest part of the cliff and is continually interesting as well as being well protected.

Descent can be tricky however so an abseil is advised.
